If getting out and about for you or your loved one has become inconvenient, we provide  professional accompaniment service tailored to your individual needs.

In the final stages of a terminal illness, we do our best to ensure that you or your loved one is as comfortable as possible in order to make the most of the time you have left. Depending on the nature of the illness and your loved one’s circumstances, this final stage period may last from a matter of weeks or months to several years. During this time, We also provide palliative care to control pain and other symptoms, such as constipation, nausea, or shortness of breath. 

Whether it is a few hours a day to around-the-clock care,  we are dedicated to providing relief for family caregivers. We can take care of the needs of your loved ones while you attend to other responsibilities and obligations, or just relax for a while to rejuvenate yourself.

Using wireless technology, Re-ACT© (Remote Access to Care Technology), we monitor your or your loved one’s vital signs remotely and encourage medication compliance, provide assessment of vital signs, and provide information about managing your chronic condition.

Vitals signs remotely monitored include:

• blood pressure
• pulse
• blood glucose
• weight
• blood oxygen
